Appointments
To ensure that you get an appointment for the date and time you desire, we suggest booking all appointments a few weeks in advance. Please note that we require a credit card to reserve your appointment. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for booking an appointment.
Cancellations
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged $50 if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show.
For group appointments, there is a 72-hour cancellation policy, and the credit card on file will be charged $100 if canceled less than 72 hours in advance.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments.
Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return your purchased skincare product, return the item in its original packaging unopened within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on opened or used products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.
Consultations
We provide free consultations and in-depth skin analysis. We believe an informed client with realistic expectations will be most satisfied with our treatments and results. Our consultations include education about your unique skin type, a comprehensive discussion about all options available to you, both immediate and long term, and a clear plan of action based on your individual goals.
There is a limit of 2 free consultations per person per 365 days.
Referrals
If you refer a friend or family member to Kalon Medical Spa, you will receive a $50 credit toward your next service. All referral credits will be issued to you once the client is treated. There is no referral credit if your referral uses a voucher such as Groupon or Living Social and cannot be combined with any other offer.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, i.e. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
